All orders are handmade and require extreme attention to detail. Please review our order processing time before placing an order. 

Our timeframe is based on business days Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays. 

Order Processing Time (not including shipping time):

  • Full Bling Liquor Bottles/Tumblers 6 -8 weeks (based on design choice)
  • Custom Liquor Bottle (not full bling) 2-4 weeks
  • Custom Tumblers 4-6 weeks
  • Custom Pens 2-3 weeks
  • Custom toppers 1-2 weeks if purchased individually
  • Light Tumblers 4-6 weeks
  • Office Essentials 2-3 weeks

In the event that processing time will take longer you will be contacted.

At SOL Crafts strive to provide the best customer experience. All products are handmade and in most cases made to order. In the event that you are not happy with your order please email us. While we don't offer refunds we will work with you to make it right!
